FFF – Neiman Marcus and Target 70% off, Off Saks discount, and photography fun

January 4, 2013

Happy Fun, free Friday lovelies!

Online discount

*Weekend alert – get an extra 10% off online this weekend with code CLEARANCE10*

I swear I don’t work for Target, I just like to report deals there!  I already reported this on my Facebook page (join along in the fun where I post deals, exclusive travel, food, and fashion photos!) – Target and Neiman Marcus collection items (my fave pieces posted here) are now 70% off!!!  The pickings are slim online but at least my international friends can have online orders forwarded to their addresses abroad (Borderless Buys works great in Singapore).  I was obsessed with this Altuzarra tray  which is sold out online, but my lovely mother found it in a local store today.  She said it is really well made and a fabulous deal though it is pretty heavy. Has anyone gotten the shaker and glasses?  The reviews are mixed, but the set is gorgeous!

Save!

Big Crumbs is the site that offers the highest cash back at 3.5%.  Go to Big Crumbs first, then click over to Target to shop and get cash back on your entire purchase!  Here is my invite if you’d like it!

In-store discounts (US)

Saks Off Fifth Avenue is hands down one of my favorite outlet stores and their men’s selection is excellent (ask my husband who got a Zegna cloth suit for more than 50% off in November!) The Off Fifth stores are offering an additional 30% off with a free More membership.  If you don’t have it yet, sign up in store and print the email located here.

Otherwise this weekend I am…

…going to a photography exhibit of a Singaporean based photographer titled “Being Human”.  I love seeing how expressions, moods, and personalities are captured through film so I think this will be cool.  I also like going to photography exhibits because I get ideas for how I can improve my own photography (via lighting, framing, etc.)

What are you doing this weekend?

Have a fabulous weekend!

I did get those glasses and debating on the tray. It is quite a large size so I’d probably put it on my coffeetable or the centerpiece on my dining table. Enjoy.

I’m still debating the Altuzarra glasses given the mixed reviews online. Do the glasses look like they are good quality? Have you seen the shaker in person too?

      • Alyssa January 7, 2013 at 19:32

I bought the shaker and glasses and was holding off on the tray. The glasses and shaker are gorgeous, and I kind of want to buy another set of glasses to go with the 4 I have. I’d recommend them!

My mom bought the tray for me (found in a local Target) and said that it is well made and definitely worth the price. Thanks for the comment on the shaker and glasses. I read so many mixed reviews about them, I wasn’t sure that they would be worth it so thanks for your recommendation!

Patience is definitely worth it when it comes to sales. They always eventually come! Have a great time at the exhibit. It’s true, one can learn a lot. I need to go to MANY! hahahaha
