– I love baking for the holidays and I told myself that I have to try a new recipe this year.  This list of 25 cookies for Christmas looks like a great place to hunt for a new recipe!

– Winter can be a brutal time, especially for travel.  Events like these winter festivals make it more bearable and fun (I have to get to the Sapporo snow festival pictured above some time!)

– Are you going to be glued to your TV during the Olympics? I’m also curious about Sochi, Russia and this article gives a little preview of the area.

– I’ve always been impressed by Natalie Massanet, Net-a-Porter’s founder; she is truly a fashion visionary.  I didn’t realize she isn’t done yet and is now planning to launch a magazine too!
